She is also a graduate of the [[University of Louisiana at Monroe]] (2002), with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication, a masters degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (2005) in Speech Communication, and a [[Ph.D.]] in Communications in 2011 from the [[University of South Florida]] in Tampa.
