The reason I'm asking is because I'm noticing a lot of people citing him as some sort of authority that "proves" that we American conservatives are somehow lying about Cuba (even when Che Guevara and Castro, not to mention Ion Mihai Pacepa himself made it very clear that those "lies" were in fact the truth.). :I don't understand the point. Are you looking for conservatives to say something good about the CIA? Stockwell looks like another Philip Agee type, selling American secrets for personal profit. Big deal. So explains how the CIA manipulates journalists and media to influence public opinion in the 1970s. Today we call that a paranoid conspiracy theorist.
