For [[:File:Guy L. Moser bioguide picture.jpg]], I made the mistake of downloading the direct history.house.gov version to upload rather than Wikimedia Common's improved version. However, if I upload a new version with even a slightly different aspect ratio, everything will get messed up. Can you go to the file page and see if you can delete the current file version without deleting the page entirely? Correct me if I'm wrong, but there should be a way to do that in the timestamp table under "File history."
