That was really more of the Overton Window being shifted in conservatism's direction back then than feminism being conservative. ::Maybe so, but the anti-Christians most certainly tended to be very much anti-life, as Lenin and even Trotsky proved there (not to mention the Bolsheviks), and even the Jacobins, their ideological ancestors, were known to practice abortion in the most crude manner (specifically, bayonetting pregnant women, and/or using wine pressers to crush them). And since Marx was brought into it, Marx himself advocated massively for abortion as well, as did Engels, all in their plan to "abolish the family." And what better way to abolish the family than to destroy reproduction. If she was a Marxist, it only shows she didn't know Marx all that well, as otherwise, she'd be all in favor of abortion like her idol Marx.
