::I deleted the debate. When you ignore/deny Putin's corruption/authoritarianism and Russian atrocities and other matters, you become a cheerleader. The Russian/Ukrainian societies are nothing to write home about and both of them are headed for decline. Most of Russia's cultural achievements are in the past. In terms of finances, I am in pretty recession-proof industries and I deliver high ROI to the people I do work for so I don't expect this war to affect me much in the short term. The war will affect Europe the most and Europe/USA influence each other. Like Brexit helped give Trump some additional wind in his back in 2016.
