Snopes has an article on the video: http://www.snopes.com/hillary-clinton-seizure-video/ It's already over a month old, and if you watch the other video they've included which shows the thirty seconds or so leading up to the reaction, it makes sense. She had just answered a question from the reporter over her left shoulder, and was immediately hit with a barrage of questions/microphones from the three reporters in front of her, causing her to jerk back in mock surprise.
