The number of victims of the attack in the Ramot neighborhood rose to three: less than a day after 6-year-old Yaakov Israel Pelli was laid to rest, his brother Asher, who was mortally wounded in the run-over attack, was pronounced dead. Their father was injured. The terrorist was released from a psychiatric hospital before carrying out the attack. 10 members of his family and those around him were arrested, six of them have already been released.
