Ok. The issue is, how to ensure (1) something like Covid (from the development of the virus, to its release and outbreak, to the Deep State coverup, to the unsafe vaccines) never happens again, and (2) how to hold accountable those whose actions led to the loss of millions of lives, and caused many more millions to suffer worldwide. For that, we need something like (1) a Nuremberg II Tribunal, with (2) bad actors internationally, whether in the US like Fauci, or the Commie CCP, or anywhere else, held accountable for their actions, after a thorough investigation of all malpractice. That is in principle. Procedurally, you're only going to get that with strong Conservative Leadership. Commie Stalin said: "The death of a single person is a tragedy. The death of millions, a statistic". That shows how his warped Commie-mind thought. It isn't true and we conservatives shouldn't allow it to be so.
