Funding is not as important as Truth. If something is Truth, either the funding will follow, or the Truth will get out anyway, supported by powerful arguments for the Truth: "there is nothing hidden that shall not be brought to light". The Commies and Communist-sympathizers/supporters in the West always tried to diminish/downplay the Victims of Communism. But Truth is slowly getting out, also thanks to the Internet. Nikki Haley on Commie China, continued:
