→Criminal charges for Ray Epps?: new section
:No. I ain't 'rah rah ccp'. I'm anti-NATO aggression. Taiwan is part of China, according to the US State Department. If the US flipped its position (which wouldn't be the first time), it would be a different matter. Till then, the totalitarian fascist [[MSM]] and [[Biden junta]] don't speak for me. == Criminal charges for Ray Epps? ==
Ray Epps's participation in the January 6 demonstrations was more prominent and better documented than that of anyone else. Hundreds of others were charged and convicted, but not Epps. "The theories surrounding that have led Epps to file a lawsuit against Fox News, claiming that he was defamed by Tucker Carlson. In a shocking turn of events, though, the lawsuit claims, as part of its case, that the DOJ has notified Epps that they will be seeking criminal charges against him," according to [https://redstate.com/bonchie/2023/07/12/ray-epps-lawyers-say-doj-is-criminally-charging-him-over-january-6th-big-question-immediately-arises-n775583 Red State]. Such a lawsuit would give Fox's legal team the opportunity do discovery and see if we can find out who Epps really works for. Fox agreed to pay Dominion a preposterous amount of money in damages not long ago, so it seems their legal strategy is to roll over in the face of lawsuits supported by the MSM.
