It's likely some pretty rich & powerful Ukrainians will be found to have bought their sons out of serving and - politically, at least - it makes sense to nuke the entire regional recruitment leadership and start again.

They might not be thrilled at the prospect, but as long as they know what they're fighting for - and they do - most of them will grit their teeth and get on with it.
