He should propose it to a De Santis Administration, and it will almost certainly be accepted. If that's what Putin really wants, that is.
But he needs to go back to his own country first and stop trying to take Kyiv for e.g. which he unjustly attacked and had no right to do.
I did not tell him to go to hell, but only to go back to Russia's own territory. Saint John the Apostle says this: "11For this is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another. 12Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. Putin should see he isn't helping anyone - certainly not Christian - by attacking a 90% Christian Country like Ukraine, not to mention 60% of whom are his brother and sister Orthodox Christians. Putin has been misled by the Deep State's own Agents within the former KGB. They play both sides and they want to promote the narrative that America and Russia are Eternal Enemies. It doesn't have to be that way. America should stop promoting Woke Ideology, which Patriarch Kirill has demanded. That's where De Santis comes in; he is the Strongest Anti-Woke Candidate America has ever seen and will be the Strongest Anti-Woke President she has ever known either. But Russia also needs to do its part for peace and that is pull out, like both the US and Russia did in Afghanistan. The sooner the better.
