::Now, this leads to an interesting discussion: the Russian Defense Ministry claims its reports o Ukrainian deaths come frontline radio intercept's back to HQ. There is no reason for the Russian MOD to lie about this. So the only way for Ukraine to censor these reports is to go to hand carried reports back to HQ, which means HQ isn't aware or up to date on the current situation on the front in real time. But they are very unlikely to go to this step. Experience shows Ukraine assessments on Russian losses are actually projection - i.e. a report on their own losses.
