While there are tools that work with a browser to tell the dead links on a page, there are tools that will tell a webmaster where all of the dead links on a website are such as this one: https://ahrefs.com/broken-link-checker I possibly have access to some paid SEO tools that could possibly tell Conservapedia all of the dead links on a website, but perhaps the various plans with such tools that I have access to do not cover crawling a whole website for dead links. :Hi, good point. Yes there are plenty of SEO tools which can check a page for dead links, and give you a list of them. I'm sure there is a way to better integrate such capabilities, but I'm not certain the best way.
