*Dreizin: More context to my headline from 30 minutes ago: Since end of Cold War, CIA & Russian services have severely curtailed “dirty ops”; Russia no longer kills “civilians” abroad (state security turncoats/traitors not considered as “civilians”), while CIA has become even more gentle. Ukraine’s mass targeting of civilian enemies inside Russia & Russian-controlled areas MUST HAVE strained & destabilized this concensus. Now, w/ the Ukraine obviously soon to wind down, & w/ all eyes on “other conflicts”, CIA suddenly, publicly admits to training entire Ukrainian intel ops structure, but, purports to have re-found its “kindler gentler” religion, like hey let’s put this behind us. OK, very convenient! IMHO, more signs of the times!
