On campaign he said he wouldn't make business with Leftist countries as President, including China and Brazil (because of [[Lula da Silva]] being in power), however, that he won't restrict private commerce with those countries. Once elected, he softened his tone on foreign relations, as well with [[Pope Francis]] who called "a communist" during an old interview and now says that he will be received with honors as a Head of State and the Spiritual Leader of Argentina since most of the country is Catholic.
