→Colorado issues most anti democracy rule in history
::[https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2023/12/supreme-court-trump-cases-democracy-disaster.html Liberals are eager for the U.S. Supreme Court to step up to the plate and resolve this issue]. My advise to the court: Don't touch it with a ten-foot pole. The Colorado decision is nonsense from a legal point of view. But kicking Trump off the ballot is the most popular issue the Dems have at this point. They would love the run against the U.S. Supreme Court. :::There are actions like this in 31 states, so SCOTUS has to decide something fairly quickly. Then we get to go through it all over again after the convention when it really does matter in the November General election, which actually is a government election.
