CIA/[[NATO]] don't want to admit they lost, and keep inventing bs stories like this for public & congressional consumption to make it appear there's still hope and Ukraine shouldn't be abandoned completely, i.e. this is another manufactured story to argue for continued "aid" (actually money to line the [[MIC]]'s pockets). Be prepared, you'll be hearing stories like this for a while.
