:::::::Unfortunealtely again, we have a population in the United States that's still living in the 1990s 'vis-a-vis'' US and potential adversaries military capabilities (in the case of Biden, make that the 1960s). Everybody today has precision guided technology, night vision equipment (the Russians just unveiled their thermo-insulated stealth clothing that defeats ultraviolet thermo-imaging night vision equipment), satellite surveillance, etc. etc.
