== Artificial Hurricanes: Are we giving humanity too much credit? ==
I had a talk with my mother this morning about the theory that humanity has developed the ability to manipulate the weather and create what are essentially artificial hurricanes. She absolutely refuses to believe it, and for a very interesting reason. As a devout Christian, she questions the faith of those who promote the theory. Specifically, she sees theory as something that takes God out of science, not unlike the theory of evolution. Considering that the main page now features an article promoting this theory, I'm curious to know what people here think about both the theory itself and my mother's take on it.--[[User:Geopolitician|Geopolitician]] ([[User talk:Geopolitician|talk]]) 11:54, October 9, 2024 (EDT)
