What is Joe Biden's greatest regret? Appointing Merrick Garland as attorney general. Garland was too slow to prosecute Donald Trump, too quick to prosecute Hunter Biden, at least in Joe's view. As he sees it, the Department of Justice should have been paving the way for his reelection by prosecuting his opponents. That's his "vision of democracy," as the ''Washington Post'' calls it. Lawfare, Biden's sleaziest policy, turns out to be the one dearest to his heart. "Republicans have been arguing that the prosecutions of Trump were entirely political.... Now, the Post admits it with a shrug," according to "[https://hotair.com/david-strom/2024/12/30/biden-angry-that-lawfare-was-too-slow-to-destroy-trump-n3798330 Biden Angry That Lawfare Was Too Slow to Destroy Trump]." Of course Biden weaponized the DOJ and tried to fix the election! "Republicans have been arguing that the prosecutions of Trump were entirely political.... The lawfare against Trump isn't over. E. Jean Carroll won her appeal against Trump for $5 million. Carroll claims that Trump walked into her dressing room at Bergdoff's in 1996 and raped her. She didn't accuse Trump of anything until after the statute of limitations expired, so the legal basis for this case in convoluted. The accusation echoes an episode of ''Law and Order,'' her favorite show. Trump was already a celebrity at the time. Surely somebody would have noticed.
