Seems there is interest in summits between foreign leaders. When summits occur, it is to put the final seal on agreements already made at lower levels. For example, the Boeing jet gifted to the United States by whoever recently represents an early negotiation worked out with all legal ramifications, both domestically and internationally, in advance. It was not, as reported, like Trump attending a surprise birthday party. Every word spoken by leaders is scripted in advance so there is no confusion or misinterpretation.
Likewise the calls by [[Zelenksy]] for an unscripted summit [[Putin]] are made by a person and people who believe in top-down [[dictatorship]]. They believe in the supreme power of [[dictator]] - that a dictator or two dictators (who don't trust each other) can sit down at an unscripted summit, make agreements with each other, and return home to dictate flunkies how to proceed. This is nonsense, absurd nonsense.
