Epstein was arrested on July 6, 2019, the day after unsealed documents from the Virginia Roberts Guiffre case against Ghislaine Maxwell implicated Bill Clinton, former Clinton United Nations Ambassador [[Bill Richardson]], and Democrat Majority Leader George Mitchell (among others)<ref>https://twitter.com/z407a215/status/1159910795498676227</ref> of pedophiliac charges made by surviving victims.
