→Man, 'Robin/ert Westman' you're upset, pis#ed? But don't kill people!: new section
IOWs, an exporting country presents a bill to the American purchaser. Before the purchaser's bank can transfer the funds out of the country to pay the bill, the bank must tack on a tariff or sales tax to the purchaser's account. The bank then transfers the sales tax or [[tariff]] to the [[US Treasury]], then finally the remaining payment amount to a foreign bank.
