He thinks it applies to user interaction - which is already covered in the [[Civility]] and [[Personal attack]]s clauses. The prohibition on "Gossip" refers to Mainspace content, in lieu of Wikipedia's Biography of Living Person's [[policy]]. LOL. But it's easy to see how a [[narcissist]]s can confuse himself with the subject of a Mainspace article. LOL.
