I don't live in NY but I know quite a lot about that city. This is from what I know, without googling, their thnicities. No idea how many are radicalized.

1. Queens has a large Pakistani (& Bangladeshi).

4. Downtown Brooklyn has also a sizable Arab community which began earlier than in Bay Ridge.
