== Foreign Leaders ==
We need to take a deep look to see if it is worth including certain foreign leaders. Yes, they may be conservative on domestic issues. But the real question is, do they advance or oppose the agendas which American neoconservatives have for their respective countries? If they do, then their domestic political positions are no longer relevant. They serve the enemies of the American people, and thus do not deserve any sort of positive recognition whatsoever.
