Conservative of the Year 2025

Conservative of the Year 2025 is Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo for overcoming Big Pharma -- which deceptively controls Wikipedia and most politicians -- and seeking to make Florida the "first state to eliminate all childhood vaccine mandates."^[1]

First runner-up: Charlie Kirk, for courageously taking conservative principles to college campuses, and sacrificing his own life for speaking the truth. "Charlie Kirk" was the #1 Google search term for 2025.^[2]

There was a record total of 64 nominees this year, far surpassing last year's record of 54. The additional nominees in 2025 were:
