:Actually, 1938 and the [[Sudeten Crisis]] was a more optimum time for Germany to go to war - before the [[UK]] and others were prepared for war. It was no secret Hitler was intent on tearing up the Versailles Treaty by 1935 with the occupation of the Rhineland, and that Hitler felt cheated out of his kinetic war in 1938 with the policy of appeasement. The longer he waited, the weaker Germany became (as the video states) and the more prepared, or "stronger" Britain & the United States became.
