:Problems: It is obvious [[UK]] [[government]] neglect and complicity is related to bans on [[racial profiling]]. In our own country, [[FBI]] [[hate crime]] statistics for example only classify the victim, not the perpetrator. Thus you have the phenomena of most Gay-on-gay or trans-on-trans assaults and murders assumed to be blamed on the straight population. If [[law enforcement]] were required to simply check a box about the perpetrator, [[AI]] could do the rest, at least as far as public reporting is concerned.
