Israeli forces raided two charity organizations in Ramallah and Yatta that allegedly served as financial and operational arms for Hamas and the PFLP, arresting five operatives. Some employees participated in the 2019 attack that killed 17-year-old Rina Shnerb.
 +
IDF and Shin Bet forces have exposed terror organizations operating under the guise of charity associations in Judea and Samaria. In two targeted operations in Ramallah and Yatta, five operatives who collaborated with Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of ‘Palestine’ were arrested. According to the security establishment, the associations served as organizational and financial arms of the terror groups, exploiting ostensibly civilian activity.

Literally anything can be ‘Islamophobic’ in Green la-la land.
 +
By Heydon Prowse, Spiked, October 14, 2026.
 +
 +
You know you’re in People’s Front of Judea territory when the GEWs (Greens of England and Wales) decree that the majority of JEWs (Jews Everywhere in the World) are ‘racist[sic]’. Meanwhile, the party’s Muslim Greens grouping recently published a handy guide to what is and isn’t ‘Islamophobic’.
 +
 +
It turns out, pretty much everything is! Including, but not limited to, the following:
 +
 +
1) Criticising the Koran
 +
 +
The guidance warns against saying that the teachings of the Koran are backwards, because nothing says forward-thinking like a pre-Enlightenment ban on questioning religion.
 +
 +
2) Speaking up against Islam’s treatment of women
 +
 +
Koran 2:223 says wives are like farmland that husbands can cultivate as they please. Which, to be fair, is closer than the Green Party has come to discussing agriculture all year.
 +
 +
3) Saying that Islam isn’t a massive fan of the gays
 +
 +
Not a single Muslim country in the world permits or recognises same-sex marriage or lets gay couples adopt. But according to the Muslim Greens, this is all the fault of the Brits.
 +
 +
The guidance says: ‘Queerphobic legislation in many Muslim-majority countries is deeply tied to colonialism.’ Apparently, the British Empire made them do it and has forced them to continue doing it enthusiastically ever since….

Knesset speaker rejects genocide charges in speech to European parliamentary leaders.
 +
Ohana draws applause in Rome as he accuses world leaders of lying about Gaza for political gain, says killing of 6 million Jews in the Holocaust 'is what real genocide looks like'.
 +
By Ariela Karmel.
 +
15 October 2026.
 +
 +
Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana, addressing European parliamentary leaders in Rome on Thursday, rejected allegations of genocide in Gaza and accused world leaders of spreading falsehoods for political gain, drawing some applause.
 +
 +
“Everyone in this room knows the truth — Israel is not committing genocide. Enough with this despicable lie,” Ohana, a senior member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party, said in a speech at the European Conference of Presidents of Parliament.
 +
 +
The two-day summit brings together parliamentary leaders from the Council of Europe’s 46 member states and beyond to discuss threats to democracy and the future of the rules-based international order.
 +
 +
The council is a human rights and democracy organization that is separate from the 27-member European Union. Israel is not a member of the Council of Europe, but holds observer status in the council’s Parliamentary Assembly.
 +
 +
Speaking at the conference, Ohana held up a copy of “And Every Single One Was Someone,” a 1,250-page book that contains the word “Jew” six million times to commemorate the six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust.
 +
 +
“This is what real genocide looks like,” Ohana said.
 +
 +
“Many world leaders proclaim the importance of their values, yet when the moment of truth arrives, only a few are willing to defend them,” he said, accusing some leaders of knowingly endorsing “false propaganda” to secure “fleeting electoral applause in their simmering streets.”
 +
 +
The war in Gaza, sparked by the Hamas-led onslaught of October 7, 2023, was “a global clash of civilizations, a battle between the forces of darkness, radicalism and extremism, and those of freedom, liberty and democracy,” Ohana said.
 +
 +
“Some of the member-states represented here have a deeply dark place in the history books. I urge you this time to stand on the right side of history, fighting for freedom with us,” he said.
 +
 +
Ohana’s remarks were met with applause, and Austrian lawmaker Petra Bayr, president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, thanked him in Hebrew.
 +
 +
Israel has angrily rejected allegations that it is committing genocide in Gaza and says it takes steps to mitigate harm to civilians. Israel also accuses Hamas of deliberately embedding itself in civilian infrastructure, including schools, mosques and hospitals.

Hasan Piker accused of antisemitic trope over Jewish voters shift | Fox News

Hasan Piker rips New York Jewish voters' shift away from Democrats, blames Israel
 +
Republican Jewish Coalition communications director says streamer's take was based on 'antisemitic trope of dual loyalty'.
 +
By Rachel Wolf. Fox News.
 +
October 15, 2026.
 +
Twitch streamer Hasan Piker slammed Jewish New Yorkers for moving away from Democrats and blamed the shift on Israel.
 +
 +
Jewish voters in New York appear to be moving away from the Democratic Party, and controversial Twitch streamer
 +
Hasan Piker blamed the shift on their support for Israel.
 +
On Wednesday, Piker responded to
 +
a CNN clip in which the network's chief data analyst, Harry Enten, and anchor John Berman discussed the drop in support for Democrats among Jewish voters, expressing dismay that they were shifting away from the party.
 +
[...]
 +
In the segment, Enten explained that Jewish support for New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, a Democrat, dropped since her last election in 2022, according to recent
 +
Siena Polling.
 +
Enten then revealed that Democrats' advantage over Republicans among Jewish voters in New York had narrowed by 36 points since 2022, according to Siena Polling averages.
 +
"State of New York U.S. House polling among Jewish voters. Look at this. In 2018, Democrats were ahead by 40 points," Enten said. "In 2022, 49 points. Look at this, the average of polls this year. Its just 13 points. It's just 13 points. That is a shift of, what, 36 points, 36 points away from the Democrats. Their lead has absolutely tumbled into the Hudson River among Jewish voters.
 +
"Yes, they are still ahead. But we are talking about historically strong numbers for Republicans among Jewish voters," the analyst added.
 +
"It definitely seems to me that the developments over the past few years, at least in New York, at least in this polling, (have) had a huge impact on how Jewish voters say they are going to vote, not just for governor, but for Congress as well."
 +
 +
Republican Jewish Coalition communications director Sam Markstein told Fox News Digital that Piker's remarks reflect an antisemitic trope.
 +
 +
Piker faced backlash over his assertion that the shift was solely about Israel, with Republican Jewish Coalition communications director Sam Markstein telling Fox News Digital that the streamer's accusation was rooted in an antisemitic trope.
 +
 +
"Hasan Piker’s statement that American Jews’ voting preferences are all about Middle East policy plays directly into the oldest antisemitic trope of dual loyalty. He is flat out wrong and is trivializing the very real spike in Jew hatred which directly threatens our community’s safety," Markstein said.
 +
 +
"Let’s be clear: American Jews are fleeing the Democratic Party because its leadership continues to elevate, embrace and appease the most radicalized elements of their anti-America extremist party base. The sad irony is that antisemitic bigot Hasan Piker, who said 'America deserved 9/11,' and who has been elevated by national Democrats, including campaigning with
 +
Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan, is Exhibit A," he added.
 +
 +
Shai Davidai, a former Columbia University professor and author of "American Intellectual Antisemitism," also
 +
responded to Piker on X, saying, "It's not 'over Israel.' It's over people like you."
 +
 +
New York Post columnist Karol Markowicz argued in her response to Piker that Jewish voters have reasons to shift away from Democrats that go beyond Israel.
 +
 +
"Even setting aside support for Israel, which Jews should absolutely not, Jews are regularly assaulted in NY and no Democrats care. They aren't allowed to defend themselves and the mayor regularly riles up the attackers. Easy call to vote Republican," Markowicz wrote on X.
 +
 +
Piker, who has long been a vocal critic of Israel, has criticized Jewish Americans' support for the Jewish state. In August, the streamer was panned by lawmakers on both sides of the aisle after he said, "People don't f--- with Israel any longer. And if Jews in America keep putting this idea out there that they're singularly invested in Israel, eventually someone will come around and take action not against Israel, mind you, but against American Jews."
 +
 +
Critics accused Piker of blaming Jews for antisemitic attacks against them. Democratic Sens. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich., and Jacky Rosen, D-Nev., condemned Piker's remarks.
 +
"This shouldn’t be hard: no community should face the threat [of] violence for their political views. Period," Slotkin wrote in a statement posted to social media. "That goes if you’re pro-Israel, pro-Palestine, pro-choice, pro-life or any other cause you care about. And blaming the victims of violence for bringing it on themselves only further endangers people."
 +
 +
Rosen said the remarks were "a new low" for the controversial Twitch streamer.
 +
"Blaming Jewish Americans for the violence and hate they’re facing is not just wrong, it provides an excuse to those perpetuating these anti-Jewish hate crimes," Rosen said in a statement.
 +
 +
"Let me be absolutely clear: crimes against Jews for being Jews is antisemitism plain and simple. There’s no excuse for it."
 +
 +
Other Democrats joined in condemning Piker, including Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J.; House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y.; and Reps. Josh Gottheimer, D-N.J.; Ritchie Torres, D-N.Y.; Jared Moskowitz, D-Fla.; Brad Schneider, D-Ill.; Greg Stanton, D-Ariz.; and Hillary Scholten, D-Mich.
 +
Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed, who was criticized for campaigning with Piker, distanced himself from the streamer after the controversial remarks.

Is it Islamophobic to connect the dots between Islamists and El-Sayed? - Israel & Jewish News - JNS.
 +
Jonathan S. Tobin.
 +
(Oct. 16, 2026 / JNS)
 +
According to his supporters, it’s worse than guilt by association; it’s Islamophobic. That’s what those who are backing Michigan Democratic U.S. Senate nominee Dr. Abdul El-Sayed are saying about claims that he is connected to the Muslim Brotherhood, the international Islamist group that spawned the Hamas terrorist organization.
 +
The fact that President Donald Trump
 +
termed
 +
El-Sayed “100 percent” affiliated with the Brotherhood, as well as a “Muslim radical” and a “con man” who “hates our country,” will likely only reinforce the belief of most Democrats that he is innocent of the charge.
 +
In this, they are not only instinctively disbelieving anything that Trump says. They are also following the lead of most of the liberal media, which has continued, despite evidence to the contrary, to assert that there has been a post-9/11 discriminatory backlash against Muslims. So they are likely to believe the candidate’s assertions that any attempt to accuse him of being linked to the group or of being any sort of radical Islamist is, by definition, Islamophobic.
 +
 +
Smear or credible accusation?
 +
 +
Since no smoking-gun Brotherhood membership card has yet to be produced, that’s likely to be the way Democrats treat this issue. Indeed, most of their liberal media cheering section is simply
 +
ignoring the issue altogether as beneath their dignity to fact-check something that they regard as a slur, rather than a credible reason to doubt El-Sayed’s fitness for high office that ought to be reported.
 +
 +
And given that in a contemporary culture in which the worst thing you can say about someone is that they are being racist, the attempt not merely to refute the allegation but to shut it down altogether, the odds are that El-Sayed is likely to succeed in getting most mainstream outlets to treat it that way.
 +
 +
But there is a problem with this attempt to dismiss this discussion. Far from being a smear, there are good reasons to think long and hard about the implications of electing someone to the Senate who not merely is closely associated with persons who are Brotherhood supporters in one form or another, but who is also largely championing their political platform.
 +
Simply put, El-Sayed isn’t being accused of being connected to the Brotherhood because he is a Muslim. The charge sticks because, regardless of whether he has ever personally belonged to the Brotherhood or one of its many affiliated groups, given his positions, he might as well be.
 +
 +
It could be a waste of time to play a political version of the “six degrees” trivia game about actors with him and the Brotherhood. But what those covering this race should be talking about is something different. A question needs answering: How is it possible for someone who traffics in the sort of antisemitic invective and advocacy that represents the hallmark of the Brotherhood and its advocates to rally mainstream Democrats and liberal media behind him, and be on the brink of winning a seat in the U.S. Senate?
 +
 +
Equally as important, the row about El-Sayed and the Muslim Brotherhood illustrates the meaning of Islamophobia in 21st-century American politics. What we learn from this serious accusation is that someone has noticed antisemitism coming from an American Muslim—and is being denounced for having the nerve to say it.
 +
 +
Lying on ‘NBC’.
 +
 +
The question of El-Sayed’s radicalism has been rattling around the Internet since the soon-to-be 42-year-old won his party’s primary in August. Nevertheless, it has become a national topic of conversation since he was asked about possible ties with the Brotherhood between himself or his family during the course of a generally fawning Oct. 11.interview on NBC’s
 +
“Meet the Press.”
 +
 +
The candidate’s answer was a flat “no.” He argued that it was not a legitimate question. And he went on to say it was evidence that his Republican opponent Mike Rogers and others opposing him are both “shameful” and “Islamophobic.”
 +
It might have ended there. Yet within a day, evidence surfaced that contradicted El-Sayed’s denial.
 +
 +
His half-sister, Eman Abdelhadi, a supporter of her brother’s political career and a radical professor at the University of Chicago, arrested for assaulting a policeman at an anti-ICE rally,
 +
posted on social media about their mother’s record as a Muslim Brotherhood activist in the 1970s.
 +
 +
El-Sayed and his supporters attempted to swat that down by pointing out that he was born a decade after that. More to the point, he wasn’t raised by his mother, as was the case with his sister, but had instead grown up with his father and second wife in a separate state.
 +
 +
Connected to terror.
 +
 +
Yet even more damning was evidence
 +
uncovered by The Washington Free Beacon that El-Sayed’s father-in-law, Dr. Tayeb Jukaku, a Michigan neurologist, is a leader and donor to the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), an American front group for the Brotherhood. The ISNA was one of the unindicted co-conspirators in the notorious case in which leaders of the Holy Land Foundation were tried and convicted for using the organization to raise more than $12 million to funnel to Hamas terrorists.
 +
 +
The ISNA, like the more well-known Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), was created in the 1990s to act as cover groups for those organizing on behalf of the Brotherhood and Hamas. Since then, these groups have attempted to position themselves as civil-rights groups representing the interests of a supposedly persecuted Muslim minority in the United States.
 +
 +
What they really do is put forward a sanitized version of the Brotherhood’s political agenda of an Islamist war on the West. That has fooled much of the media and many in the Democratic Party, including the Biden administration, which not only employed CAIR in designing its anti-Islamophobia strategy paper
 +
but also in its even more disingenuous
 +
effort to combat antisemitism. This was outrageous as well as ironic because CAIR itself is a major source
 +
of anti-Jewish, anti-Israel invective and advocacy.
 +
 +
Needless to say, the leadership of ISNA and CAIR, along with 41 persons connected to Hamas fundraising in the United States, happen to be
 +
donors to El-Sayed’s campaign.
 +
 +
Dismissing his mother’s involvement, El-Sayed’s father-in-law’s role in ISNA and his welcoming of funds from those who are linked to the Holy Land case and Hamas should be enough to make questions about El-Sayed’s ties to the Brotherhood legitimate.
 +
 +
Yet even beyond these factual ties that deserve scrutiny is the fact that El-Sayed’s open antisemitism—and opposition to Israel’s existence and right to defend itself—is more troubling than anything else. The same is true for his efforts to mainstream blood libels about Israel committing “genocide[sic].”
 +
 +
Open antisemitism.
 +
 +
El-Sayed defeated Rep. Haley Stevens (D-Mich.) in the Michigan Democratic primary by smearing her as a puppet of Jews who were trying to buy American elections for Israel. What was truly “shameless” was his invocation of traditional tropes about Jews and money that came straight out of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion that the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamist groups still promote.
 +
 +
This is also the candidate whose initial reaction to an attempt to plow a vehicle filled with explosives at a synagogue and Jewish school was to sympathize with the terrorist, rather than the intended victims. It took him several months to
 +
walk that back.
 +
 +
But like most gaffes, it said more about him than he would like to admit.
 +
 +
El-Sayed may claim that he dislikes Israel, but not Jews. It’s an oft-used attempt to force them to drop an essential element of Jewish peoplehood to get the approval of the red-green alliance of leftists and Islamists that he embodies.
 +
 +
Some prominent Democratic activists, including Jews, are stating that the reluctance of Jews to vote for El-Sayed shows they care more about Israel than their own country and will suffer for doing so. But what it actually illustrates is that even most liberal Jews understand that his anti-Zionism and spreading of blood libels are indistinguishable from those of antisemites. In fact, they pose a clear and present danger to their safety and that of their children.
 +
 +
In their frenzy to win a majority in the U.S. Senate, what Democrats are doing is trying to legitimize a Muslim Brotherhood-adjacent candidate. That they are doing so amid an unprecedented surge of hatred and violence since the Hamas-led Palestinian Arab terror attacks on Oct. 7, 2023, is particularly shocking and especially irresponsible.
 +
If they are successful, the consequences in terms of shifting the Overton Window of acceptable discourse even further to make Jew-hatred acceptable will be obvious.
 +
 +
The role of hate groups.
 +
 +
Just as obvious are the implications of media labeling any criticism—or even reporting about El-Sayed’s antisemitism and his links to an international terror group—as Islamophobia and thus reprehensible.
 +
 +
Denial of the Brotherhood’s role in promoting Jew-hatred around the globe is nothing less than the moral equivalent of flat-earth advocacy. The same is true for efforts to make Americans look away from how Hamas supporters continue to evade accountability, even after the atrocities of Oct. 7. Like their friends operating within the terrorist organization based in Gaza, groups like CAIR and ISNA seek Israel’s destruction and Jewish genocide. They are hate groups, not advocates for civil rights.
 +
 +
It’s bad enough that public figures like El-Sayed won’t distance themselves from the effort to destroy Israel by condemning these groups. More than that, the dishonest campaign to claim that those who notice this hateful activity are just prejudiced against Muslims is doing real damage to Muslims in the United States. What’s more, by allowing these groups to get a foothold in the American public square, let alone put one of their friends in the Senate, El-Sayed’s apologists are undermining the security of all Americans and not just Jews.
 +
 +
Far from a campaign smear that will fade with time, the question of the Brotherhood’s efforts to gain a beachhead in the United States threatens democracy, and the safety of Jews and Americans at large. In the long run, that some on the left think that’s a small price to pay to get another Democrat elected to the Senate is a scandal that only further inflames a crisis of antisemitism for which El-Sayed’s supporters bear responsibility.

That’s the question facing the University of Pittsburgh, where an internal working group on campus antisemitism recently published a report that did not include, and did not appear to solicit, the perspectives of the school’s estimated 1,400 Jewish students, or any other members of the campus Jewish community beyond the group itself.

'I DON'T TRUST THE MAN': Kid Rock Blasts El-Sayed — 'We Have to Be Very Careful' [WATCH].

Kid Rock dropped a warning on Fox News on Friday.
 +
 +
In a fiery clip making the rounds, the rocker warned that Michigan’s progressive Democratic Senate nominee might look assimilated — but that doesn’t mean he is.
 +
 +
“He looks‘assimilated’… I’d be very careful,” Kid Rock said. “Guess who else ‘assimilated?’ The Fort Hood shooter. Guess who else ‘assimilated?’ The pilots who flew airplanes into our World Trade Centers.”
 +
 +
“If El-Sayed was out there saying, ‘I love America! It’s the greatest country on Earth! It’s provided me so many opportunities!’ No. He’s said, ‘America’s a racist country and this, that, and the other,'” Rock added.
 +
 +
He went further, arguing that “not just socialist communist but this ideology” is trying to gain a foothold in government — and that voters have ignored the warning signs before.
 +
 +
The remarks land as El-Sayed, who would be the first Muslim U.S. senator, faces Republican Mike Rogers in a tight race. They also come after El-Sayed’s half-sister previously posted that their family “has long been MB” — Muslim Brotherhood — a claim he has denied.

Abdul El-Sayed in Unearthed Synagogue Speech: Hamas Is 'the Same' as the Israeli Military.
 +
The Democrat's comments, made during his failed governor run, are consistent with his persistent attacks on Israel that have continued during his Senate campaign
 +
Chuck Ross.
 +
Washington Free Beacon. October 16, 2026
 +
Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed told a group of Jewish voters at a Detroit synagogue in 2018 that he views the Israeli military "the same way" that he views Hamas, according to video obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
 +
 +
The left-wing Democrat, speaking at the Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue in Detroit, offered those thoughts during his failed 2018 gubernatorial campaign when asked about a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
 +
 +
El-Sayed responded with a lengthy sermon about his "values" and "standing up for truth and international law" on "both sides" of the Middle East debate.
 +
 +
"I've always said I'll condemn Hamas and what they do in the same way that I'll condemn some of the human rights abuses that we see on the part of the IDF," El-Sayed said.
 +
 +
At the time, Hamas had for decades been behind terror attacks against Israelis, including many deadly suicide bombings and other murders that targeted children and teens.

El-Sayed told the congregants eight years ago that, as he was running for governor, there would be "very little" he could do about the Israel-Palestinian issue. But now he is running for Senate and is reportedly angling for a spot on the powerful Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
 +
 +
The 2018 video emerges as El-Sayed faces scrutiny over his family's purported ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, the Islamist group that spawned Hamas in Gaza in the 1980s. Eman Abdelhadi, El-Sayed's half-sister with whom he has been close, has stated that their mother and relatives in Egypt have "long been" members of the organization. Abdelhadi has stated that Palestinians have "a right to violent resistance," and she rebuked Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.), a staunch El-Sayed ally, as a "disappointment" after he condemned the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks.
 +
 +
El-Sayed, who ran heavily against the pro-Israel advocacy group AIPAC in the Democratic primary, has sought to win back historically Democratic Jewish voters who soured on the candidate over his hostility towards Israel.
 +
 +
Rep. Hillary Scholten (D., Mich.) has withheld an endorsement from El-Sayed over his remarks about Israel and his affiliation with Hasan Piker, the socialist influencer who said that "America deserved 9/11" and that Israel is "much worse" than Hamas. State senator Jeremy Moss, a Jewish Democrat, withheld his endorsement from El-Sayed in August after the candidate refused to condemn Piker over the influencer's antisemitic remarks.
 +
 +
State representative Noah Arbit (D.) said he will not back El-Sayed because it is "very clear that the fulcrum of Abdul's campaign was an antisemitic conspiracy about AIPAC being the No. 1 obstacle toward universal healthcare, better schools and better roads in Michigan and in America."
 +
 +
El-Sayed has a lengthy track record of equating Israel with America's adversaries.
 +
 +
At last week's debate against Republican Mike Rogers, El-Sayed sidestepped a question about whether Israel or Iran is a greater threat to America.
 +
 +
"I think both of them have proven dangerous in their own way," El-Sayed said. "One at risk of attacking us. One getting us into wars we have no business fighting."
 +
 +
El-Sayed's remarks are in contrast with those of another Michigan Democrat. Pete Buttigieg, considered a potential 2028 presidential candidate, told Fox News in response to El-Sayed's remarks that "Iran is our enemy, Israel is not, they're an ally."
 +
 +
El-Sayed, who has declined to say whether Israel has a right to exist as a Jewish state, has tried to repair his rocky relationship with Jewish Democrats. He met with Jewish leaders in August and apologized for his remarks after a Hezbollah-inspired attack on Temple Israel outside Detroit on March 12. The assailant, Ayman Ghazali, attacked the synagogue in retaliation for Israel's killing of his brothers, both of whom were members of Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. At the time, El-Sayed stated of the attacker, "Hurt people hurt people."
 +
 +
"I made a mistake" with that remark, El-Sayed told members of the Michigan Democratic Jewish Caucus in August. "I should have issued a statement, of course condemning it, and it just should have been the full stop."
 +
 +
El-Sayed also faced heat at last week's debate for failing to issue a statement on the third anniversary of the October 7 attacks. He said he did not want to take advantage of the anniversary for political purposes.
 +
 +
But El-Sayed issued a statement on the second anniversary of the attack that equated Hamas and Israel. He also sent out a fundraising email that referenced the attack but only mentioned Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu as an aggressor, with no mention of Hamas.
 +
 +
El-Sayed's campaign did not respond to a request for comment.

Duenas referred to the Houthis, a U.S.-designated terror group, as his “homies” on social media and said he loves them and posted that “not enough synagogues have been burned down,” the Post reported. (JNS sought comment from the FBI.)

Western leaders back a two-state solution, but do Palestinians even want one?
 +
 +
By Cookie Schwaeber-Issan.
 +
October 18, 2026.
 +
 +
World leaders continue to champion a two-state solution, but the rejection of Israel by influential Palestinian voices raises questions about whether lasting peace is possible.
 +
 +
You’d think that British Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband, who just happens to be Jewish, would have heard the “From the river to the sea” chant, shouted by many of his citizens at their almost daily anti-Israel protests.
 +
 +
The phrase, which represents the entire State of Israel, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, means that any officially approved Palestinian state, to those protesters, would have to comprise that full area, including Judea, Samaria and Gaza.
 +
 +
That unnegotiable demand is not just coming from the shouters on the street. It is the final goal of Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, and anyone who assumes leadership of Palestinians.
 +
 +
While some might be tempted to point to PLO head Mahmoud Abbas, arguing that he has advocated for a two-state solution, that contention is contradicted and completely undermined by the educational indoctrination given to Palestinian children who are taught, from an early age, that Israel is occupying Arab land and that the enemy must be eradicated.
 +
 +
So, for all intents and purposes, the spoken commitment of “From the river to the sea” wholeheartedly negates a two-state solution.
 +
 +
Nonetheless, for whatever reason, Miliband has said that “when it comes to the attempt to destroy the two-state solution, this party, this movement, this government says, ‘we will not let you succeed.’”
 +
 +
My question is, how do you square those two things—a growing protest movement that insists the State of Israel must be entirely replaced by a Palestinian one, with no Jewish presence, and a government minister who assures everyone that no one will succeed in extinguishing the aspiration of a two-state solution?
 +
 +
Unless I’m wrong, each of those concepts is diabolically opposed to the other. One supposes the good will of both sides, endeavoring to commit to peaceful coexistence and ready to make whatever compromise it takes for the sake of ending the long-standing conflict.
 +
 +
While the other immediately dispenses with all pretense, publicly declaring that there will be no compromise, no attempts at sharing the geographic area, and no getting along with those they clearly despise.
 +
 +
So, where do you go from there? Because Miliband and his government are, essentially, pushing a policy that’s being drowned out by the voices on the street who are, in no way, supportive of the idea.
 +
 +
Of course, Miliband is not alone. He shares the company of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, along with an overwhelming majority of UN member states.
 +
 +
Leaders from France, Canada, and Australia are also on board with the two-state solution. And shockingly, the official policy of the US agrees with that position.
 +
 +
Needless to say, many Arab states, such as Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Morocco, the UAE, Qatar, and Egypt, support the idea as well. Those Arab League members base their assumption on pre-1967 borders, with east Jerusalem as the capital of a Palestinian state.
 +
 +
So what we’re witnessing is a stalled status quo, paralyzing the possibility of all progress, because while a significant part of the global leadership still promotes a two-state solution, the ones who would be instrumental in approving such a deal are laser-focused on the whole pie, and not just one piece.
 +
 +
How can there be any resolution to one of the world’s biggest conundrums when two sides are dug in deeply, believing that their particular philosophy is the only proposition that is acceptable?
 +
 +
That leaves us with only one conclusion. This falls into the category of unsolvable problems that are simply too complex and too emotionally charged to figure out.
 +
 +
When coming to that obvious reality, it’s tempting to ask ourselves why, then, would someone like Miliband, and all the others, continue to back a losing proposition, knowing, in advance, that the likelihood of its implementation is zero?
 +
 +
Here is a speculative answer. The whole concept of a two-state solution is very compatible with the social construct of virtue-signaling. That is because the idea of two states for two peoples sounds reasonable, moral, ethical, and even noble. It plays into the idea that there can be an equitable solution for both sides, resulting in a real win-win situation.
 +
 +
The cost of indoctrination.
 +
 +
What is missed by those leaders, who are clearly attempting to inflate their own goodness, is the vast reservoir of hatred and contempt, welling up inside of the individuals who have been part of a centuries-long experiment of indoctrination, from cradle to grave.
 +
 +
The toxic and lethal education they received, both at home, in school, and at their mosques, did the trick, painting Jews as demons who must be eradicated at all costs. Losing one’s life for the sake of diminishing their numbers is the greatest sacrifice that can be made.
 +
 +
Consequently, it’s no wonder that such a society, dedicated to the end of another one, cannot build anything productive or contribute to others through its own achievements and accomplishments.
 +
 +
Because when you are obsessed with destruction, the thought of rising to greatness is completely counterproductive and immaterial to the goal of finally doing away with an avowed enemy. It’s the reason that their youth will never live to inherit the realization of their dream, if that were possible.
 +
 +
Everything is secondary to eliminating the evil in their backyard, and that is the tragedy completely missed by world leaders who have spent decades trying to fit a round peg into a square hole.
 +
 +
So, if you think about it, the thing that is standing in the way of “peace in our time between Jews and Arabs” is the personal need of those in power to appear virtuous, magnanimous, and the ones who possess the highest moral standards.
 +
 +
By forcing the rest of us to cling to a losing prospect, precious time is wasted, young lives are snuffed out, and nothing moves forward. It is the ultimate prolonging of conflict, almost deliberately designed to remain the world’s thorn in the side, as useless and feigned efforts are expended to resolve the mother of all unescapable quagmires.
 +
 +
Don’t even bother asking the question of why they can’t see this for what it is, because they clearly are deeply invested in playing the game of who can appear the most civilized and principled exemplary figures, each vying for that top honor.
 +
 +
Yet, they are outed by the continuing conflict, which will only result in more bloodshed. And, sadly, there’s absolutely no honor in that!

Predictions of Gaza's death toll were wrong, and no one is held accountable | The Jerusalem Post.
 +
 +
Gaza’s own mortality figures raise questions about years of predictions of mass death, famine, and disease that failed to materialize.
 +
 +
By Micha Danzig. October 17, 2026.
 +
 +
In late September, Gaza’s Hamas-run Health Ministry published its 2025 mortality report, the first since the war began to purport to count every death in Gaza.
 +
 +
Of 24,650 deaths, it attributed 17,286 to “war operations,” without separating combatants from civilians, and 1,584 to accidents. Independent analyst Eirik Schrøder-Bråtane calculated that the remaining 5,780 nonviolent deaths roughly matched Gaza’s prewar annual nonviolent toll. The ministry also recorded 50,227 births.
 +
 +
This was 2025: the year Israel halted aid for 11 weeks after Hamas refused to extend the truce and release more hostages, following a six-week ceasefire during which 25,200 trucks delivered nearly 450,000 tons of aid. Israel said Hamas was seizing and selling supplies to finance its war.
 +
By September, Israel counted over two million tons delivered during the war.
 +
It was also the year UN officials warned of babies dying by the thousands and the IPC, the UN-backed hunger monitor, declared famine in Gaza City.
 +
 +
Yet the ministry’s own figures show nothing resembling the mass-mortality footprint those warnings suggested: no surge in nonviolent deaths from hunger, disease, or other indirect causes.
 +
 +
Andrew Fox, a former British Army officer and senior fellow at the Henry Jackson Society, argued in 2024 that Gaza’s war toll was being padded with natural deaths. Now, he wrote, the famine allegations and other claims had been “debunked by Hamas’s own numbers.” The modelers who predicted hundreds of thousands of deaths, he added, “should lose their careers.”
 +
Then he said: “They won’t. They’ll get a free pass.”
 +
 +
That may be the safest prediction anyone has made about this war.
 +
 +
For years, Israel’s accusers have issued confident predictions of mass death and confident counts of massacres. The headlines circle the globe. When the predictions fail, or the numbers collapse, the correction barely travels at all.
 +
 +
On May 20, 2025, the UN’s humanitarian chief, Tom Fletcher, told BBC Radio 4 that 14,000 babies in Gaza “will die in the next 48 hours” unless aid reached them. Within a day, the UN clarified that the figure meant roughly 14,100 projected cases of severe acute malnutrition among young children under age 5.
 +
Not deaths. Not babies. Not 48 hours.
 +
The report does show deterioration: infant mortality of 15.8 per 1,000 live births and under-five mortality of 33.4, both worse than before the war. But in the year of the UN’s warnings, Gaza’s infant mortality roughly matched Egypt’s peacetime rate of 16.1, and both its rates sat below the global average. Worse, yes. Mass death, no.
 +
 +
In February 2024, researchers at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Johns Hopkins projected as many as 85,750[sic] excess deaths in Gaza over six months in a worst-case scenario of escalating war and epidemic disease. Activist outlets ran headlines like “Israel Could Kill 85,000[sic] More Gazans in 6 Months,” and a lead author told US news program Democracy Now! that the escalation scenario was “currently what’s happening in Rafah.” That epidemic never came.
 +
 +
In Sudan’s largely forgotten war, the same London School found the dead going uncounted: some 26,000 violent deaths in Khartoum State alone in the first 14 months, more than monitors had recorded for the entire country, and over 61,000 deaths from all causes.
 +
 +
In Gaza, the alarm far outran the dead. In Sudan, the dead outran the alarm.
 +
 +
In March 2024, the IPC projected famine in northern Gaza by the end of May if fighting and severe aid restrictions continued. By June, its own Famine Review Committee found the evidence did not indicate famine.
 +
 +
The IPC declared famine in the Gaza Governorate in August 2025, over Israel’s objections to its methodology. Somalia’s 2010-2012 famine killed an estimated 258,000 people, including 133,000 children under five. At its peak, it killed about 30,000 people a month.
 +
Incentive to inflate numbers
 +
Gaza’s Health Ministry, an arm of Hamas with every incentive to inflate, reported 455 malnutrition deaths across nearly two years of war, fewer than Somalia’s famine killed in half a day at its height.
 +
 +
By the IPC’s own threshold, two deaths per 10,000 people a day, the declared famine should have killed about 9,000. Hamas’s own ministry counted fewer than 200, across all of Gaza, fewer than the US records in four days.
 +
 +
Rafah followed a familiar pattern. Before Israel entered the city in May 2024, the Palestinian Authority’s Foreign Ministry warned an assault would bring “the annihilation of about 1.5 million Palestinians.” The EU’s then-foreign-policy chief, Josep Borrell, scoffed at evacuating civilians: “Where? To the moon?” Within three weeks, about a million people had evacuated Rafah. There was no annihilation and no apology.
 +
The pattern is older than this war, and it only ever runs in one direction.
 +
In April 2002, during Israel’s operation in Jenin, PA negotiator Saeb Erekat told CNN that Israeli troops had killed more than 500 people. The UN secretary-general’s own report later counted 52 Palestinians dead, at least half of them terrorists, along with 23 Israeli soldiers, and found the 500 figure unsubstantiated. By then, the “Jenin massacre” had entered the world’s vocabulary.
 +
 +
Operation Cast Lead followed the same arc. Hamas initially acknowledged fewer than 50 dead combatants. The since-discredited 2009 Goldstone Report cited a Palestinian Centre for Human Rights tally identifying just 236 of the dead as combatants. Then, in November 2010, Hamas interior minister Fathi Hammad acknowledged that up to 700 men from Hamas’s military wing and security forces had been killed, close to Israel’s count of 709.
 +
 +
Abroad, the dead were nearly all civilians. At home, they were Hamas martyrs.
 +
On October 17, 2023, Hamas’s health authorities instantly blamed Israel for the Ahli hospital explosion and reported nearly 500 dead. American, British, French, and Canadian intelligence assessments concluded that a misfired Palestinian rocket was the likely cause; US intelligence put the toll at a fraction of the ministry’s tally.
 +
 +
The New York Times later conceded that its early coverage had relied too heavily on Hamas’s claims.
 +
 +
The progressive Left, which prides itself on following the science, rarely asks why so many catastrophic predictions and claims about Israel fail. A growing faction of the populist Right, the so-called “woke Right,” recycles Hamas figures and UN forecasts it would ridicule on any other subject.
 +
 +
The method works because the claims and predictions do their work before they can be tested. Put Israel in the dock. Push for sanctions or an arms embargo. Pressure Israel, but not those sworn to its destruction. By the time the evidence arrives, the damage is done.
 +
 +
Tom Fletcher still runs the UN’s humanitarian office. The IPC has not retracted its 2025 famine declaration. Newsrooms still headline the forecasts and bury the accounting.
 +
In most fields, predictions this consequential would at least produce an audit. When the subject is Israel, they produce the next failed prediction.

Pole-dancing: Mamdani disses yet another NYC ethnic group.

Add Polish Americans to the growing list of ethnic groups enraged by NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani.

...raged Grzegorz Fryc, a longtime NYC Polish activist and business leader.
 +
“Mayor Mamdani couldn’t be bothered to attend the Pulaski Day Parade, and now his administration wants to replace the traditional Polish Heritage celebration at Gracie Mansion with some generic ‘Eastern European’ event,” he added.
 +
He ripped the city’s first Muslim mayor for the selective snubbing....
 +
He’s also passed on the German-American Steuben Parade in September and the Israel Day Parade in May.

“Mamdani clearly hates Europeans, especially white New Yorkers. Period,” wrote former Councilman Robert Holden on X on Oct. 10. “First, he snubbed German-Americans at the Steuben Day Parade. Then Polish-Americans at [the] Pulaski Day Parade. Now Italian-Americans on Columbus Day. What does that tell you? I call it racism, plain and simple.”

Mamdan has found the time to attend other parades, including ones honoring Pakistani, Sikh, West Indian and African American communities.
