Patrick Toomey is a former three term Congressman from Pennsylvaina. In 2004, after he retired form The House of Representatives, Toomey challenged Seantor Arlen Specter for his Senate seat in the Republican primaries. He lost the contest and now serves and the president of The Club for Growth.
