::#What exactly did "Id" refer to? The last point of reference was the "Fed. R. Civ. P. 56(c)", so is "Id at 249" the equivalent of "Fed. R. Civ. P. 249"? I wouldn't know, I'm not even sure what "Fed. R. Civ. P." stands for to begin with.

::If these are reports, they're maybe online. If so, we could make a template that links to them (sort of like our Bible templates). Could you maybe point at such a repository? Creating the template shouldn't be too hard then, I imagine...
