I don't want to step on toes, while this page is being created, but it would be better to say that a tesseract can be "depicted in three dimensions as a cube suspended inside another cube, with connections at each if the corresponding vertices." The three dimensional representation is not an actual tesseract, any more than a drawing of a cube on a flat piece of paper is actually a cube.
