William Faulkner (September 25, 1897- July 6, 1962) was a Nobel and Pulitzer prize winning American author. He is most famous for writing [[The Sound and the Fury]], [[As I Lay Dying]], and [[Absalom, Absalom!]]. Because of his fascination with the America and the south, Faulkner is often considered a conservative.
