I would argue that obesity is not an illness but a condition.  There are no (well, okay, very few) "obesity" bugs flying around.  You're not going to become obese by picking up some strange foreign infection.  There are no "obesity vaccinations."  [[User:FlightlessOstrich|FlightlessOstrich]] 15:12, 15 March 2008 (EDT)
