::Ah.  Well, I wouldn't mind you posting your reasoning for how the figure supports #7 as well, given that the confidence interval bars in the figure show that virtually none of those 39 studies shows significant harm.  You can say that, when combined, there is a significant effect, but not individually.  But apologies for the confusion.
