::Might I ask why I was reverted and blocked for making the same statement that Phil did minutes later? My comment was about a potential misinterpretation of the OP's complaint which appears IMO to have resulted in it being ignored. Given that the whole purpose of the Desk is to deal with issues before they have an ongoing impact and therefore has an important place on CP, it would seem to me that attempting to clarify a posting is anything but "pointless arguing".
