::::::There have been many countries that have declared themselves communist but I think none of them are actually communist; they're dictatorships that use communism as an excuse to do whatever they want. You might notice that communist countries are easily controlled by the government than non-communist ones, so communist is the perfect excuse for dictators. In South America, we see the opposite. Having been told by the U.S. of the evils of communism, South American dictators use Anti-communism as an excuse to hold power. They accuse any opposing pary
of being communist and then they jail them.
