:::Do you agree that "I will veto every single beer...er, bill" does not belong in an encyclopedia? I do agree with you that much of what is in the Obama lead does not belong there, though it probably does belong in the article itself. Here is the problem with the Obama article: much of it was written by this sites owner. The best thing to do would be to (politely) bring up the status of the lead on the talk page.
