Book of Judges (Hebrew: Sefer Shoftim ספר שופטים) is a book of the Bible. It is part of the Hebrew Bible (Judaism's Tanakh) as well as the Christian Old Testament. It gives the history of Biblical judges (not to be confused with modern judges), and of their times, who helped rule and guide the ancient Israelites.
