Operation Rescue should not be confused with Operation Save America, an organisation it was formerly part of. The organisations seperated after a dispute over the appropriate issues to campaign on, with Operation Save America choosing to fight abortion, homosexuality, pornography and other dangers while Operation Rescue chose to confine it's efforts exclusively to abortion.
