Operation Rescue should not be confused with Operation Save America, an organisation it was formerly part of. The organisations seperated after a dispute over the appropriate issues to campaign on, with Operation Save America choosing to fight abortion, [[homosexuality]], [[pornography]] and other dangers while Operation Rescue chose to confine it's efforts exclusively to abortion.
