:Instead of answering, Bugler blocked me for three days - I needed ''to calm down''. Now, I'm back here with a few observations:

:<li>One would think that the editor who is questioned is able to muster enough fairness (i.e., Gentleman-like behaviour) not to block the questioner by himself.
:<li>Indeed, one should think that on such a section the blocks are dealt out by parties which are not involved.
