The article I cited confuses companionship with mating. This reminds me of one of the most typical of "gay rights" arguments, which likewise confuses sex with affection or sex with friendship. "What's wrong with two men loving each other?" Nothing, of course, but what's wrong with a parent "loving" his child in the same way that a heterosexual couple love each other?
