Donald Broadbent (1926 - 1993) was a british psychologist who proposed his Filter Model as a way to explain [[attention]]. As a cognitive scientist, he focused on aspects such as [[implict learning]], and was famous for his usage of the dichotic listening task in the proposal of his model.
