I intend to add an authentic Jewish perspective to some Conservapedia articles as I get to them.
As ''per'' the [[Talmud]], Sanhedrin 63b; [[Maimonides]], Hilchos Avodah Zarah 5:11; and Beis Yosef, Yoreh
Deah 147, I do not use dates or places pertaining to other religions as landmarks. I therefore prefer to use the Jewish calendar; when I use the Gregorian calendar I would much rather refer to years in the [[CE|Common Era (CE)]] or before it (BCE).
