Looking around on the internet about your application, I came across another site (that I can't name) and specifically [http://www.acandidworld.net/2009/02/19/conservapedia-wants-state-funding-to-teach-your-kids/ this site,] which points out that you would have to teach a "secular, neutral, and nonideological" class. 20 U.S.C. § 6316(e)(5)(D).
