(1941-2006) Former President of both [[Serbia]] and [[Yugoslavia]]. Milosevic died in custody of the ICTY in the Hague while on trial for genocide and crimes against humanity in Bisnia and Kosovo, most notably the genocidal massacre at Srebernica.
