Hi- this article is great, but I'm slightly confused by this sentence: "A common exception is the dame: this role is so important and specialised that few people outside the acting profession are able to play it successfully, although some mainstream celebrities such as Chistropher Biggins are well-suited to it." It implies that Christopher Biggins is only a celebrity, whereas he is in fact a 'proper' actor, having done comedy (Porridge/ Some Mothers) and serious stuff (Poldark). Perhaps this sentence could be re-phrased ("Some actors, such a Christopher Biggins, specialise in playing pantomime dames"), or a different example given?
